The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare or similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stressful situations with sensitivity and professionalism
• Ability to assess, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate care plans for clients
• Ability to provide support services including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Knowledge of health and safety principles applicable in home settings
• Must be reliable with a flexible schedule
