Job Summary
Supervisor – Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively. The position offers a salary of 1000 QAR per month and is open to both local and foreign candidates with no experience required.

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization, manage staff workloads and prioritize tasks
• Ensure smooth running of the business by maintaining high standards in customer service and efficiency
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training where necessary
• Create detailed reports on progress, successes, failures, customer feedback etc.
• Resolve conflicts between staff members
• Act as a point of contact between upper management and employees
• Develop strategies to increase sales or improve customer service
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Ability to build relationships with customers & colleagues alike
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
