Job Summary
We are looking for a highly-qualified Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. The role involves providing a full range of services, including diagnosis and treatment, on an individual basis and in group therapy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing treatment plans tailored to the individual's needs, offering guidance on lifestyle choices to improve mental health outcomes, and providing counseling services.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose mental health disorders using interviews, observation, assessments, and other techniques
• Evaluate mental status of patients and develop individualized plans for treatment
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Educate clients about mental health issues such as anxiety or depression
• Provide counseling services to individuals or groups
• Develop strategies to help individuals cope with stress or other psychological issues
• Refer patients to medical specialists or other therapists when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations and treatments

Requirements
• Doctoral degree in Psychiatry from an accredited university
• Licensed as a Psychiatrist in accordance with Qatar licensing requirements
• 3+ years of experience working as a Psychiatrist
• Proficient in psychological testing methods such as the MMPI-2 or WAIS-IV tests
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 QAR per month plus benefits. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
