Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700. We are open to considering a foreign candidate.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience with land surveying projects, including knowledge of GPS surveying technology. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using a variety of tools such as laser scan, total station, GPS and aerial photography.
• Analyze survey data to accurately measure distances, angles and elevations of various points on the land.
• Create survey plans and maps by plotting the data collected from field surveys.
• Develop survey reports that include all relevant information about the project such as measurements of area, boundary lines, easements, topography etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted on a job site in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects on various projects related to land surveying.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
• Proficiency in using surveying software packages such as AutoCAD or AutoTurn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
