Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing menus, overseeing food preparation and quality control, training staff, ordering supplies and equipment, conducting staff appraisals, monitoring cash flow and budgeting, implementing health and safety regulations, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership capability and be able to motivate staff. They should also have a good working knowledge of food hygiene regulations.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with an excellent salary package of 1700 AED per month. We are open to hiring a foreign national for this role if they possess all the necessary requirements.
