The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, monitoring sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating menus that meet the demands of our customers. You will be expected to create innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth, plan special events to increase customer engagement, ensure high standards of quality assurance and health & safety regulations are met, coordinate with other departments such as finance and HR, and develop plans to reduce costs while increasing profits.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong leadership abilities that will help motivate your team. An understanding of Dubai’s restaurant scene would be beneficial but not essential for success in this role. A valid UAE work visa or eligibility to apply is also required.
