We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us at our Dubai location and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent leadership skills, be able to interpret customer needs and have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to manage a team of staff and ensure the highest levels of customer service, whilst maintaining operational standards. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable dealing with customers from different backgrounds, cultures and languages and possess a good working knowledge of health and safety regulations.

The responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager will include: creating menus, managing staff rosters, overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, developing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, monitoring profit margins, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations relating to food safety and hygiene and developing strategies to increase profitability.

We need a candidate who is passionate about their work in the hospitality industry; you should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field with an understanding of food trends. A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant work experience would be advantageous but not essential. We also require fluency in both English and Arabic as well as excellent communication skills.
