We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team based in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for medical work and will be comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist will be to draw blood from patients in an efficient, safe and professional manner. The successful applicant should have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a calm demeanor when working with anxious patients. Knowledge of infection control protocols is essential, as well as the ability to handle any unexpected situations that may arise during procedures.

The Phlebotomist must be able to provide accurate information about blood collection techniques, process paperwork accurately and maintain accurate records. A good understanding of medical terminology is also an asset. Along with these technical skills, the successful candidate should also possess strong organizational abilities in order to manage multiple tasks at once.
