Job Vacancy: Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1800 per month

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must have 3+ years of professional cooking experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Must have a valid work permit or residence visa.
• Must have a valid food safety certificate.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu offerings and customer preferences.
• Monitor food stock levels, order ingredients as necessary, and keep records of orders.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules in the kitchen area.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
• Supervise kitchen staff during busy shifts, ensuring they are adequately trained and following procedures correctly.
Desired Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma from a culinary school is preferred but not required. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication skills, as well as attention to detail are essential. • Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred but not required
