Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a talented Chef to work in our Doha kitchen. The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 and we are open to hiring foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative, interesting menus that meet customer needs and expectations
• Responsible for budgeting and food cost control
• Monitor food preparation methods and presentation to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing sanitary working conditions
• Responsible for ordering supplies from vendors as needed
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to safety regulations
• Remain up-to-date on new trends in the culinary industry

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in high-end restaurants or related establishment.
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and nutritional values.
• Ability to work independently with little direction as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with excellent customer service focus.
