We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our Al-Kuwait school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction to students in a variety of subjects. This role requires the ability to create engaging, stimulating activities and an understanding of best practices in education.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, sensitivity towards cultural differences, and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Knowledge of relevant technology is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards set by the Ministry of Education
- Instructing students in a variety of subject areas
- Assessing student performance through tests, assignments and other activities
- Creating an environment conducive to learning by exploring different teaching methods
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback on their performance
- Developing individual learning plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of student’s grades and attendance
- Participating in professional development opportunities, such as workshops or conferences
- Establishing positive relationships with parents/guardians to discuss student progress or challenges

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad for this position. However, we require at least some work experience in teaching in order to be considered.
