Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career with no experience. The position offers a salary of AED 1400 per month plus tips. We are open to considering applicants coming from abroad as well.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso based beverages, teas, juices, and other drinks as requested
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Set up and maintain clean workstations
• Clean equipment, counters, tables, chairs, restrooms, floors etc.
• Offer menu suggestions when appropriate
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• A good attitude towards working with customers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
