We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for providing quality wine service in a multi-faceted environment. The successful candidate must be passionate about wine, with the ability to provide advice and guidance on food and wine pairings.

The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide knowledgeable and professional advice on wines. They should also possess an in-depth understanding of the different types of wines available, as well as their production methods and history. The ideal candidate should also be able to create attractive wine lists to suit different customer tastes and budgets. A good knowledge of wines from around the world is essential, as well as an appreciation of different food cultures.

The successful applicant will need to work efficiently under pressure, manage a busy workload, and maintain high standards of service at all times. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers in conversation about wines. The position also requires excellent organizational skills, with the ability to create an attractive wine list or menu quickly.
