We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine, excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably as a Sommelier. A good knowledge of international wines, spirits, beers and other beverages is essential. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively engage with customers regarding wine selections. Moreover, we expect the successful candidate to be able to develop relationships with suppliers in order to ensure the availability of quality wines at competitive prices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional wine list for our restaurant by researching new products, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and creating innovative specials. You will also be required to provide expert advice about food and wine pairings; create personalized recommendations; train staff on the restaurant’s wine list; develop relationships with suppliers; provide detailed wine descriptions to customers; and build relationships with customers by providing them with valuable information on wines from around the world.
