Job Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
β’ At least 5 years of experience in managing projects
β’ Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
β’ Ability to meet deadlines
β’ Experience with budgeting and financial planning for projects
β’ Familiarity with Agile principles is preferred.
Job Duties:
β’ Lead the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, performance metrics, etc.
β’ Monitor progress against goals and objectives; make adjustments as needed.
β’ Track costs associated with the project; create reports on budget forecast vs. actuals.
β’ Provide guidance to team members; manage workloads across multiple projects.
β’ Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders; identify gaps in project execution.
β’ Develop best practices for successful project execution and ensure adherence.
