Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in managing projects
• Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning for projects
• Familiarity with Agile principles is preferred.
Job Duties:
• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, performance metrics, etc.
• Monitor progress against goals and objectives; make adjustments as needed.
• Track costs associated with the project; create reports on budget forecast vs. actuals.
• Provide guidance to team members; manage workloads across multiple projects.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders; identify gaps in project execution.
• Develop best practices for successful project execution and ensure adherence.
