Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing sales strategies and initiatives for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve organizational objectives;
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth;
• Monitor competition and product/service offerings;
• Establish pricing policies to maximize profits;
• Develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Identify key decision makers within customer organizations;
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales results, KPIs, etc.;
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Proven experience as Sales Manager or relevant role;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
• Good understanding of market research techniques and databases;
• Ability to analyze data and market trends;
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Salary: 1200 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
