Librarian job in Khawr Fakkan UAE for foreigners


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Librarian to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all library activities, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of library services.

The ideal candidate should have an advanced understanding of library and information science, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a broad knowledge of literature, research methods, and reference databases. The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards is essential.

The primary responsibilities include organizing library materials, cataloging and classifying collections, implementing new technologies to improve library services, developing research strategies for patrons, providing reference assistance to patrons, supervising library volunteers or assistants, and creating displays or events within the library.

We are offering a salary of 1700 per month for this position. Prior experience in a similar role is not essential but would be advantageous. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
