We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising personnel and operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, be organized, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is preferred. Knowledge of the local language would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for staff
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Responding promptly to customer complaints
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Scheduling staff shifts and managing absences
• Establishing goals for staff performance and tracking progress
• Working with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business.
