Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches and other beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
• Develop creative concepts for beverage menus and promotions
• Assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications Needed:
• Proven experience as a barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks such as espresso-based beverages, latte art techniques etc.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
