Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to: develop menus including appetisers, main courses, desserts; prepare meals according to recipes; monitor stock levels; order supplies as necessary; manage staff in the kitchen; help with menu planning; ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained; troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the kitchen; ensure customer satisfaction at all times; create attractive food displays; work closely with the head Chef on special projects related to menu development or event planning.
