Position: Pastry Chef
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are a prestigious hotel in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries for our guests. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and work with high standards of hygiene in the kitchen. You must also be able to stay organized and maintain the highest quality of products. Duties include but are not limited to baking cakes, pies, tarts, pastries, cookies, muffins and other desserts; designing new recipes; setting up displays; managing stocking and inventory; overseeing food safety procedures; adhering to health and safety regulations; keeping up with current trends in pastry making; working with the team of other chefs.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional environment. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of baking techniques such as decorating desserts with frostings and glazes. We expect you to have excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making.
