Office Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office, including managing employees and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Office Manager will be expected to ensure all office procedures and protocols are followed, as well as maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Plan, organize, and coordinate office activities and operations
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Create and maintain filing systems for all documents
• Oversee order entry and invoicing processes
• Prepare reports on office expenses
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English (Arabic is an asset) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Problem solving skills and attention to detail is essential • Knowledge of accounting principles is an asset • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
