Bartender (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years bartending experience and be familiar with current bar trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing cocktails, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere at the bar.

The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month plus benefits and tips.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their drink orders
• Prepare classic, specialty, and custom drinks as requested by customers
• Monitor customers consumption of alcoholic beverages to ensure legal compliance
• Set up bar area prior to shift for efficient operation during service periods
• Ensure all beverages are stored properly and comply with health regulations
• Balance register at end of shift and complete all necessary paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum two years' bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Knowledge of current bar trends including craft cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, etc.
• Familiarity with standard serving procedures, liquor types, beer types/brands, glassware types/brands • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work flexible hours including nights & weekends as needed • Foreigner is welcome
