Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and be able to supervise employees.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the UAE. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the successful applicant will be expected to interact with staff on all levels of the organization. Strong problem solving skills are also necessary for this position.

The duties of the Supervisor include but are not limited to overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, monitoring staff attendance, resolving customer complaints, training new employees and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Supervisor must also act as a liaison between management and staff while providing support and guidance when needed.
