Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, food preparation and health & safety. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial targets are met and that the restaurant delivers an excellent service and experience to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve success.

Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
-Proven ability to manage staff effectively
-Strong customer service skills
-Experience with budgeting and financial management
-Flexible approach to working hours and able to work evenings/weekends when required
