We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, food preparation, customer service, inventory management and financial management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills. They should have a good understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to manage a large team of employees. They should also be able to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience at the restaurant by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. They will be responsible for creating efficient staffing schedules, ordering food and supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring staff compliance with safety regulations.

The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills. The ability to multitask is essential for this role.
