Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be someone who has the ability to identify, screen and hire the best candidates for our organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing job applicants in order to fill open positions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of various selection processes such as phone interviews and group interviews
• Ability to assess talent and create job postings that attract qualified candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Willingness to work with no experience necessary (foreigners are welcome)
• Salary of 1700 AED per month
