We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and comfortable for guests.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. They must also have strong leadership skills, be able to multi-task, and have a clear understanding of housekeeping procedures.

The Housekeeping Manager will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. This includes overseeing staff schedules, making sure that rooms are cleaned correctly and efficiently, managing inventory orders, conducting training and performance reviews for staff members, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They will also need to liaise with other departments such as front desk staff to ensure guests receive excellent customer service.
