Construction Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are a construction company based in Abu-Dhabi, looking to hire a Construction Manager for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

The primary tasks of this role include managing project staff and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality control, scheduling activities and materials delivery, coordinating with local authorities, budgeting and cost control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project records. The Construction Manager must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box. They should have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Knowledge of relevant legislation is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.

We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience who is eager to learn new skills while working in this role.
