Job Title: Courier (Sharjah, 1600 AED)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college-level courses in logistics and/or transportation may be preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Must be able to navigate using GPS.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.

Duties:

• Collect packages from customers and deliver them on time across Sharjah according to assigned routes.
• Load cargo into delivery vehicles, ensuring proper distribution for safe transport.
• Maintain vehicle logs, records of cargo, and other delivery documents as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules while handling packages; take appropriate precautions during deliveries in risky areas or with fragile items.
• Complete daily reports regarding deliveries made, mileage covered, fuel consumption, etc., and submit them promptly to management team for review.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times; respond promptly to inquiries from customers regarding delivery status or any other related concerns they may have with their orders.
