Optometrist Vacancy in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700KD per month. We are open to considering candidates from outside of Kuwait as well as immigrants.

Job Description:
The Optometrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive eyecare services to patients including performing eye exams, diagnosing vision problems, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing advice on general eye health. The Optometrist must possess a high level of medical knowledge and be able to explain complex medical information to patients in a clear and concise manner.

Duties:
• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including refractions
• Diagnose vision problems through observation, tests, and patient history
• Prescribe corrective lenses such as glasses or contact lenses
• Recommend treatment plans for various vision conditions such as glaucoma or cataracts
• Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain patient records and provide follow up care when needed
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in optometry technology

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in optometry or equivalent education/experience • Valid optometry license/certification in Kuwait (if applicable) • At least 3 years of experience working as an optometrist • Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments and materials • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Salary: 1700KD per month
