We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to fill open positions in the company. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and have a passion for helping people.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is well organized and has strong problem solving skills. The ideal candidate must possess an understanding of the recruiting process, labor laws, and other related processes. In addition, you should be able to handle confidential information with discretion and possess excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in utilizing job boards as well as other internet recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates. The Recruiter will also need to be able to conduct background checks on potential employees and provide feedback on the results of those checks.
