Job Title: Painter
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience and be able to create beautiful works of art in a variety of styles. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary of 1700 QAR. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create paintings on canvas, paper and other surfaces according to client specifications.
- Touch up existing paintings and make repairs as needed.
- Mix colors and apply them with brushes or other tools in order to create desired effects.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning and priming before painting.
- Measure and cut canvas or paper for each painting job.
- Work with a variety of materials such as acrylics, oils, watercolors etc.
- Ensure that all safety standards are followed while working with hazardous materials such as paint thinners or solvents.
- Observe proper storage procedures for painting supplies and equipment when not in use.
- Clean brushes, rollers and other tools after use and properly store them away when finished.
- Keep records of the amount of supplies used during each project for billing purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years’ experience as a painter is preferred but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is helpful but not necessary
- Excellent knowledge of different types of paints, color combinations and application techniques
- Good manual dexterity; able to hold small objects for extended periods of time without fatigue - Knowledgeable about safety standards related to handling hazardous materials such as paint thinners or solvents - Physically capable of standing for long periods of time while performing painting duties - Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
