Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QR/Month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales management and customer relations
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking etc.
• Prepare reports on sales performance on a weekly basis
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer relations
• Monitor key performance indicators of the sales team
• Provide training and mentorship to the sales staff
