We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Chef to lead our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing the overall culinary vision for our establishment. This includes ensuring quality of food preparation and presentation, as well as developing new menus that reflect current trends in the industry. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of classic cuisine as well as the ability to develop creative menu items.
The Executive Chef will be in charge of overseeing kitchen operations on a daily basis. They will ensure that all food is prepared according to established standards and recipes, while also monitoring waste management procedures. They will work closely with all kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth operation, create staff schedules and oversee inventory control.
The successful candidate must possess a degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience, preferably from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a high-volume kitchen is preferred. We are open to considering applicants without experience who demonstrate excellent culinary skills and potential leadership capabilities. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The Executive Chef position offers an attractive salary of 1600 QAR/month (or equivalent). Benefits include meals during work hours and participation in our company's bonus program based on performance evaluation criteria.
