Land surveyor job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for using advanced surveying equipment and software to measure and map land areas. You must have excellent knowledge of mathematics, physics, geography, drafting and surveying principles.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in measurement techniques of land areas and have the ability to use the necessary surveying instruments including total stations and GPS receivers. The successful candidate must also have a working knowledge of AutoCAD software as well as other related software packages.

Responsibilities:
• Perform field surveys for topographic, boundary, construction layout and other related projects;
• Compile topographic information into digital formats;
• Prepare sketches;
• Analyze survey objectives and data;
• Maintain accurate records of all survey work;
• Interpret aerial photos and use satellite images;
• Utilize AutoCAD to prepare drawings;
• Assist in establishing control points for projects when needed;
• Prepare legal descriptions of property lines.
Qualifications: • Strong background in mathematics, physics, geography, drafting or surveying principles; • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other related software packages; • Ability to operate total stations and GPS receivers with accuracy; • Good communication skills both written and verbal; • Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Salary: 1800/Month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
