Job Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The salary for this position is 1800 AED per month.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, menu planning, pricing, cost control and customer service.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed by staff.
• Train and supervise staff on proper procedures for food preparation, storage and sanitization.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
• Develop promotional campaigns to drive business volume and loyalty programs to retain customers.
• Track sales performance against budgeted targets; analyze results and make recommendations for improvement if necessary.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position in the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate a team
Salary: 1800 AED per month
