Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training and managing staff, creating menus, handling customer complaints and inquiries, ordering supplies, setting budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency. The Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of food safety regulations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.

• At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
