Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for quality service, and the ability to motivate staff and manage operations efficiently.

The ideal applicant should have a degree in hospitality or business management, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. They must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. A strong knowledge of the local food industry is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met and exceeded. You will manage staff performance, resolve customer complaints, ensure food safety guidelines are followed, develop marketing strategies to boost sales, and monitor financial performance. You will also monitor inventory levels to ensure the restaurant is well stocked with necessary ingredients.
