Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar position. They should have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling, training, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure safety, quality assurance, compliance with regulations and efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service.
• Monitor sales performance and coordinate marketing activities to ensure sales targets are met.
• Analyze financial data such as sales reports to make informed decisions about setting prices and managing costs.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions that drive sales.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position or restaurant management role required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure required
• Proficiency in English is essential; any other language is an added advantage
