Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the needs of all students;
• Providing a stimulating learning environment;
• Assessing and grading student work;
• Ensuring all students feel respected, accepted, and included;
• Encouraging students to participate in discussions;
• Maintaining order in the classroom;
• Meeting with parents and guardians to discuss student progress.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or a related field;
• Two years of experience as a Teacher;
• Proven track record of success in teaching students from diverse backgrounds;
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively;
• Knowledge of curriculum development techniques;
• Excellent communication skills.
