We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be offered a salary of 1400 and is open to foreign applicants. The candidate should have a deep understanding of food presentation, preparation, and cooking techniques, as well as the ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the development of menus and recipes, monitoring the quality of food products used, managing inventory levels, and training kitchen staff in proper hygiene and food safety procedures. They must also ensure that all health regulations are followed when preparing meals. The Executive Chef should be able to develop creative menu ideas that satisfy customer expectations while adhering to budget constraints. They should also be able to manage staff performance and handle customer complaints in an efficient manner.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is able to collaborate effectively with other chefs, kitchen staff, vendors, and other members of management. Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience who possess leadership qualities and a passion for cooking.
