Al-Kuwait is a premier restaurant and hotel located in the heart of Kuwait City. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

We are offering an excellent salary of 1000 KD per month, with the potential for bonuses and other benefits. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role, provided they have the necessary qualifications and experience.

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations - from food preparation to service - and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating your team, as well as developing new recipes and menus.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a sous chef position in a professional kitchen environment. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required. Applicants must have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
