Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Job Requirements

Job Duties
As HR Manager you will be responsible for a range of activities related to managing our human resources operations which include: developing staffing strategies; recruiting new employees; training staff; managing payroll; administering employee benefits; coordinating performance reviews; handling employee disputes; providing guidance on labor policies; ensuring compliance with local labor laws; maintaining personnel records; overseeing disciplinary actions; monitoring employee productivity; improving workplace safety protocols; mediating conflicts between team members; negotiating contracts with outside vendors or contractors whenever necessary.
