Job Title: Accountant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QAR/month
Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of accounting activities such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting. You should be able to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who meet the qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities including processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports including variance analysis.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Supervise other members of the accounting team as required.
• Maintain asset registers and reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of information.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is desirable but not mandatory.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role in a professional environment is required.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) is essential.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines is essential for success in this role.
