Job Description:
A Barista is sought to join an established and busy café in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as a barista in a café or restaurant setting.

The role includes grinding coffee beans, brewing coffee drinks, providing customer service, taking orders, making sure that the café is clean and orderly, restocking supplies as needed and any other duties as assigned. The Barista should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service as well as the quality of the beverages they prepare. They should be able to multitask efficiently while being attentive to customers’ needs. It is essential for the Barista to have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well independently or with a team.
