Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious coffee and tea drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month and are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.

Job Duties
• Prepare coffee and tea drinks according to the instructions of customers
• Take orders from customers and provide them with accurate information about products
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and functioning properly
• Maintain the highest quality standards in terms of product presentation and service delivery
• Follow health & safety regulations at all times
• Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Provide assistance to other team members when needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, recipes, flavors, and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
• Flexible schedule availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
