Librarian job vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for reading and writing, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. An understanding of the latest library trends and technologies is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, cataloguing, and maintaining our library collections; providing assistance to library users; training staff on library systems; recommending new materials for purchase; developing innovative library programs; preparing book displays; assisting with information research; delivering presentations on library services and resources; managing the circulation desk, including processing overdue items, shelving books, and preparing reports.

We require a degree in Library Science or an equivalent field for this position. Although we prefer applicants with experience in a librarian role, we are willing to consider immigrants with minimal work experience as long as they demonstrate strong organizational skills and knowledge of the latest library technologies. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month.
