- Previous barista experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
- A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic
- The ability to maintain a clean working area
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Description:

The Barista’s primary responsibility is providing excellent customer service. This includes taking orders, preparing drinks, giving recommendations, and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience. Additionally, the Barista is responsible for ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized according to health & safety standards. The Barista must also be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining professional throughout their shift.
